As a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), I offer courses which deepen the daily spiritual practice (sadhana) of yoga beyond the physical postures (asana) performed on the mat. This content is for everybody and qualifies for Continuing Education Hours (CEH) for current Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) and classroom hours for Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) programs. YOGA SUTRA STUDY
This course is for those who are looking beyond the practice of postures and want to delve into some of the most fundamental questions we may have about the elusive nature of our minds, different levels of consciousness and how to attain compassionate self-knowledge.
Advanced Asana: Knitting asana CUES with yogic wisdom
This course will unpack yoga philosophy by exploring energetics, visualization, and imagery to refine our understanding into tangible analogies to weave throughout an asana class.
IntroDUCTION to Restorative Yoga
This course explores the foundational principles and therapeutic aspects of restorative yoga including discussion on yogic philosophy, pranayama, meditation, physiology of relaxation and the role it has in balancing the nervous system.
